Katalin is a GCDF-certified career consultant and trainer with extensive expertise in project development/management, and educational consultancy for NGOs and small business sectors. Over the past five years, she has worked as a career counsellor within several EU-funded projects for private companies as well as for the Covasna County Employment Agency. She has successfully supported numerous local and regional NGOs and entrepreneurs in attracting funding for their initiatives and has delivered a wide range of workshops and training sessions for both youth and adults, focusing on career management, collaboration, communication, and team building. Her most recent professional focus lies in advancing Career Consultancy within a systematic framework, enriched by Chaos Theory and Intercultural Management—an approach she developed during her master’s studies at the UNESCO Chair in Interculturality, Good Governance, and Sustainable Development at the University of Bucharest. Her further education includes advanced studies in Case Management in Bielefeld, Germany, an IELTS Academic certification, as well as a Project Writing Expert and as a Global Career Development Facilitator. As a volunteer, she has taught English in prisons, led international workcamps, mentored young people, and actively promoted environmental education and sustainability initiatives. She has brought professional experience across the private, civil society, and public sectors, and have lived for nearly six years abroad in England, Iceland, Germany, the Netherlands, and France. In addition, she have traveled in several European countries, as well as to America and Asia, for educational, professional, and cultural purposes. Through participation in international conferences, workshops, and collaborative projects, she has cultivated an extensive professional network, deepened her specialized expertise, and strengthened her curiosity, adaptability, and attention to detail. Guided by diligence, fairness, and self-awareness, she also advocates for sustainable living through gardening and outdoor activities.
