We have the following professional tests for determining and developing career change. After the application of tests we analyze the results together with the client. The application of tests is made according to the results of previous discussions.

The first meeting is free, while the fee for the next meeting is set based on the resources of the person concerned.

NEO-PI-R - personality testNEO-PI-R - personality test with 240 questions and which analyses 5 independent personality factors. I. Neuroticism, II. Extraversion, III. Openness to experience, IV. Good mood, V. Conscientiousness.

COSTA and MCCRAE (1985) - test developed by American personality psychologists, NEO-PI-R (NEO Personality Inventory Revised), completed in 1990 in the form of a personality test.

SWS – Survey of Work StylesSWS – Survey of Work Styles contains 96 questions and its purpose is to evaluate the 6 characteristics of type A behaviour: Impatience, Anger, Deepening participation in work, Time urgency, Dissatisfaction with the work performed and Competitiveness. During the interpretation of the results we obtain a clearer picture on the level of satisfaction, the ability to tolerate stress at work, on the relationship to individual health and work efficiency.

AMI – The Achievement Motivation InventoryAMI – The Achievement Motivation Inventory (AMI) Test is a personality archive assessment test, the goal of which is to measure the broad construction of work-related performance motivation. It is based on the notion of "Leistungsmotivationsinventar (LMI)" in German, the associated theoretical work (developed by Schuler & Prochaska, 2001), which gives us the opportunity to analyse 17 different aspects of motivational factors on performance. This test primarily measures essential social properties and, in addition to illuminating the confidence given to success or resilience, it also draws attention to special characteristics, such as dominance or status.
