The goal of personalized career development is to empower every participant through professional guidance to solidify their decisions and confidently plan their academic or professional future. During the program, we provide exercises and tests based on real-life situations that facilitate deeper self-awareness, the realization of interests and skills, and the adoption of new perspectives. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet various experts for direct inspiration.

CAREER ADVANCED – Advanced Individual Package

  • Duration: 8 sessions (first session is complimentary).
  • Content: Everything in CAREER FOCUS, plus a focus on 3 Future Skills:

CAREER COMMUNITY – Small Group Program

Note:

For participants aged 16–18, parents are involved in the process twice to ensure a shared understanding of decisions within the family.
